The company works under the brand name PRIMAX, covering almost all the areas across India. Jain Typewriters offer an array of products like PVC ID cards, Photo Glossy Paper, Lamination Pouch & rolls, Ohp sheets, fluorescent color papers, thermal rolls, tracing paper/master plates to name a few. The brand covers major metros are under OEM packaging for customers
DRC: WHAT ALL ARE THE RECENT SOLUTION OFFERINGS BY JAIN TYPEWRITERS?
AJ: We are into office automation products from last 40 years having major command into products like ohp sheets, photo paper and toner powder. Our recent focus is pvc cards and our latest launch is pre-printed “Ayushman cards”.
DRC: WOULD YOU LIKE TO SHARE WITH US THE BRAND JOURNEY OF JAIN TYPEWRITERS?
AJ: Jain typewriter was incepted by Shri Narendra Jain B.E. (Electrical) in 1980 with motto of keeping customers happy and practising business with utmost honesty and ethical values. After more than 40 years, these values remain same over the years. I think the way we treat our customers by following a policy of keeping the customers first has made a difference.
DRC: WE ARE MOVING TOWARDS BUILDING A ‘DIGITAL INDIA’, DO YOU THINK IT WILL AFFECT PRINT INDUSTRY?
AJ: Disruption is new world order and yeah digital India will be affecting paper and print industry, but Indian market is under penetrated and it’s still long way for becoming saturated like developed markets.
DRC: WHAT ALL TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS ARE INCORPORATED IN THE NEW RANGE OF YOUR PRODUCTS TO FURTHER INTENSIFY THE USERS’ EXPERIENCE?
AJ: Our products are of highest quality and value for money. All products come with return back guarantee which defines our customer centric approach. Raw materials used in making our products is world-class in nature which itself creates benchmark in industry.
DRC: HOW IS THE COMPANY POSITIONED CURRENTLY AND WHAT KIND OF MARKET SHARE DO YOU ANTICIPATE IN FUTURE?
AJ: We are not into market share game to be precise as we are in niche segment, but yeah growth is life, we want to be known as most trusted brand by dealers and end users both.
DRC: ARE YOU PLANNING TO ENHANCE YOUR PRODUCTION CAPACITY SO AS TO MEET THE EVER GROWING CUSTOMER DEMAND?
AJ: We have build our capacity future proof to cater growing customer demand as this is logistics driven market so no customer goes empty handed at any point of time.
DRC: ANY SPECIAL PLANS FOR 2019-2020?
AJ: Well i have only one line to say “Apna time aayega”
