THE TRUST OF OUR CHANNEL PARTNERS IS WHAT KEEPS USGOING

A candid chatter over tea with Growlam brand’s founder Mr.GauravKhetterpal turned into an amazing conversation about how the company dealt with the year 2020 and what the brand is looking forward to in 2021. Below are the snippets from a candid chat with Indian Recharger Sources, where Mr.Khetterpal have poured his heart out. Read and enjoy.

Divya: Let’s start with the lockdown survival, that’s what all want to listen to. It feels great to see how positively you have marched passed the year 2020…

Gaurav: “I believe lockdown was brutal for everyone and there is no denying to that. Domestic and international markets came down on their knees. There were brands going bankrupt, reports popping up on the news channels of job layoffs etc. But for us what worked was the hard work that we did since our inception in 2015, which eventually got paid off in 2020. Our lamination business aided us to sail through the tough waters. Reading the occurrences and keeping in mind a non performance quarter we came to the conclusion that we have passed the exam and that too with the flying colours.

The profit figures showing up in the sheets don’t lure me anymore. What mattered to me the most was that Growlam didn’t lose a single channel partner despite of the price change, we were able to give 100% salaries to staff, after a shutdown of about 3 months, we firmly bounced back and was fully operational from July onwards. That’s all what I have achieved in 2020″.

Divya: That’s highly appreciable. But I am sure there must have been other demotivating factors as well…

Gaurav: Off course, there were other factors which were not in our favour like the imposition of anti-dumping duty on black toners proved to be a set back as the consequence was a price gap between domestically manufactured and the imported one. This made us to re-think and re-evaluate our policies based on the new laws. But we are in the talkswith new factories overseas and looking forward to overpass this as well.  Not only this, there are other challenges also like companies are now more interested in cash business deals. Those who used to buy in bulk for long periods are now buying in smaller but multiple portions. This has led to a sharp decline in the credit sales. I don’t blame them for the move as the uncertainty of the market has changed the scenario a lot.

Divya: So, do we see amazing products coming our way in 2021…

Gaurav: Yes, definitely we are strenuously working on it and hope to launch it soon this year. We were able to cover up 80% of our target sales last year despite of all of that has happened. So for this year I am keeping myself a lot positive as I am sure that we will be able to reach the targets on time. This was very much clear to me from the day I started that we are never going to compromise on the quality of our products. Each and every product that we offer like laminators, lamination pouches, inkjet photo papers, PVC products, OPC Drum, laser toner cartridges or toner goes through stringent quality check. We are also working on our after sales services as well. I was touched to see how dedicatedly my staff went out despite the danger and didn’t turn off from their duties.

Apart from this, 2021 will witness the reach of Growlam to the untouched Indian terrains mainly in North-Eastern regions. As of now, we have a strong hold in the northern and eastern areas. Western and Southern areas will be our next target. We are planning to increase our channel partners as well. Time and again we keep launching lucrative offers to motivate them. We are planning to penetrate deep and further widen the spread and reach of our brand. Growlam as an Imaging brand has come a long way and I wish that it further goes bigger and better. And aswe are talking about them I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate and thanks them all for being with us in thick and thin. What Growlam is today is all because of the joint efforts of our staff and channel partners. Their trust in us keeps us going.

A little about the brand

GREENLAM OFFICE SOLUTIONS, is one of the leading brand in Office Supplies, and have a selling network in all the major cities in India. They offer a comprehensive range of products that includes Pouch Laminators, Laminating Pouch Film, Inkjet Photo paper, Spiral Binding Machines, PVC products, Imaging products like Cartridges, toner and OPC Drum and many other products. The brand runs under the guidance of Mr.GauravKhetterpal, an MBA from University of Wales UK. The company enjoys a healthy share in the market.

There will be a great increase in online business whereas in the offline sector credit policy will have a new look –Mr. Masood Khan.

When the whole nation is standing united in the fight against Covid-19, Mr. Masood Khan, Image King in conversation with Divya Roy Choudhury, Indian Recharger Sources, brings forth his valuable experience and suggestions in overcoming with some major issues like economic crises, post Covid 19 era and business growth. Image King is a well-established brand with array of products ranging from cartridge parts, toner powders, OPC drums, wiper and doctor blades, PCR, MSR, pressure rollers, formatter boards, printer assembly, teflon sheets to name a few.

DRC: What’s your take on the current “LOCKDOWN” the nation is facing?

  1. KHAN: Whenever relatives or friends visit us they give a few lessons and learnings leaving behind good or bad moments which we can recall any time. Similarly the uninvited visitors who have visited our planet now are teaching many lessons which we never dreamt about. One of the important knock out point we all should focus is the kind of organisation or a company, built by us in the past 10, 20 or 30 years cannot take care of us for even two to three months. The way we get tensed to arrange salaries, rent, and taxes during this lockdown is becoming a challenge. We have to make our firms in such a way that they can withstand any calamity, equipped with ample cash reserves and run the show for at least one quarter of the year.

DRC: Do you think that imaging industry will revive as soon as the situation stabilizes?

  1. KHAN: I am of the opinion that imaging industry will be in the recovery mode much faster than any other industry because these are the consumable products must for office use. It is for sure offices will soon start working and all the homework have to be printed and presented. The government departments which are the larger consumers generate big possibilities for our industry. The banks started working within a few days of lockdown and hence the need for office consumables especially for toners is always there.

DRC: People have been speculating that India will go at least 10 years back due to Covid-19, what future do you foresee?

  1. KHAN: I believe that India will certainly witness huge growth post Covid 19 because the opportunities will be in abundance but of course with a slow pace at first on a revival process.

DRC: Do you think that after era of Covid 19 will increase domestic manufacturing and decrease imports?

  1. KHAN: Yes both imports as well manufacturing will increase but will gradually improve

DRC: Do you think life and business will remain same after Covid 19?

  1. KHAN: It is for certain that life will be totally different post Covid 19. There will be an ocean of changes right from eating habits to travelling and social behaviour to almost major aspects of life. Regarding business, there will be a great increase in online business whereas in the offline sector the credit policy will have a new look. Big brands will have a vast growth than before, and quality products will have a stronger hold than inferior and low priced products. Established firms will see a huge growth while the intermediate companies will suffer and struggle to overcome in months and small companies need to pay double focus and work smart, I recommend to minimize expenses, the stock levels should be maintained well, during this lockdown period check which all the products and brand brought more profits, and make a list of ABCD as A as first and top profit generated product or brand likewise B,C,D..

Focus on profitable as well long time products

DRC: Where do you place India when you see the plight of other countries in fighting Covid 19?

  1. KHAN: The whole world is now focussing on India seeing it as a next investment destination, with better government policies and norms. Many leading companies may shift their operations to India. And the Indian companies will be working on backward integration. Somehow we Indians have gone into a comfort zone due to thereadily available products in abundance from China. But this is the time we Indians need to wake up and concentrate on manufacturing and work on Make in India policy.

DRC: Will India be sharing same trade relations with China and other nations after this pandemic?

  1. KHAN: Post corona era, it’s going to be a new world. China and India may not share the same relationship, because China will be losing many world leading companies who may be shifting their hubs to India.

DRC: Do you also take Lockdown and Social distancing as the only option as of now? Any other measure that you can suggest?

  1. KHAN: Yes. We are now facing a life threatening pandemic and cannot think of anything other than social distancing and lockdown. Besides this, the main aspect of life should be the importance of humanity. Value Humanity the rest will follow. Life has thought us many lessons during this lockdown which we humans fail to follow after that particular phase.

JIT ENTERPRISES

JIT ENTERPRISES IS A NEW ENTRANT PROVIDING GENUINE MADE IN INDIA SUPREME QUALITY TONER FOR MULTIPLE PRINTER SERIES.IN A VERY SHORT SPAN OF TIME THE BRAND HAS MANAGED TO MARK A NICHE FOR ITSELF BY PROVIDING BEST QUALITY TONER ALL OVER INDIA. BELOW SHARED ARE FEW EXCERPTS FROM CONVERSATION BETWEEN DIVYA ROY CHOUDHURY, INDIAN RECHARGER SOURCES AND MR. ALOK AGRAWAL (FOUNDER) AND MR. JITENDRA DOSHI (FOUNDER), JIT ENTERPRISES SHARING A LOT ABOUT THE KNOW-HOW OF THE COMPANY WITH UPCOMING PROJECTS AND WHAT THEY HOLD FOR MARKET IN 2020-2021

What all are the recent solutions offerings by JIT Enterprise ?

We provide high quality toner powder for laser printer section and copiers, being less than a year old with single line installed we are currently offering laser toner powder compatible with HP 12A and HP 88A Cartridge. In copier section we deal in toner for Cannon IR series.

How did you conceive JIT Enterprises?

Since long India has been dependent on foreign suppliers for toners.  Being an individual from industrial background, I have always strived for obtaining excellence in the area where the market is lagging. I noticed that if not less, more than 60% of Indian toner demand is being catered by the foreign manufacturers and in India there are only a couple of  toner manufactures. Keeping this in mind we set up JIT Enterprises by installing a State of Art highly automated and integrated German line for the production of Superior quality OEM compatible toner powder for HP Laser printers and copiers to suppress dependency of India on foreign market.

There are plenty of brands available in Market, offering Toner powder, why should the customer choose JIT Enterprises?

See, there are three things which a customer looks in while using any new product which are Quality, Consistency and Reliability. JIT has aced all the three norms by keeping stringent quality check throughout the process. Indian Customer will be happy to buy MAKE IN INDIA products if we guarantee the above said norms. Also opting for Made In India toner will give them the flexibility of buying as they don’t have to place order for container load, they can very well plan their procurement schedule over the entire year and can utilise their financial resources more effectively. Buying from Indian Manufacturer also give customer a peace of mind about after sales service and complaint resolution.

Any Plan for Increasing the Range of Products in 2020-2021?

As you know that we have installed only one line as of now and our production schedule is jam packed to cater the need of market, giving us very less room for adding new products, however we will install an additional line in the FY 2020-2021, thereby giving us some muscles to flex, with this new line we shall be targeting Samsung, RICOH and Kyocera toner market.

In Such a short span of time, I have noticed the brand getting highlighted a lot are you following an aggressive marketing strategy?

Quality Speaks for itself, although no product in the market will be highlighted without extensive marketing but product will be accepted only if it has quality and consistency. More than marketing I believe that word of mouth plays a bigger role.

We are moving towards building a Digital India. Do you think it will affect Print industry?

There are two sides of every coin; another policy of Government of India promotes MAKE IN INDIA. Print Industry is a vast subject to comment on but speaking for toner industry, in country where more than half of its requirement is cater by imports there is lot of scope for development and space for new players. To promote Indian Products buyer have to stop procuring and selling low quality imported products to achieve short term financial goals and concentrate on giving better quality to market for longer run. We have to adapt to new methods to evolve as rightly said by Charles Darwin “It`s not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change”

What all technological advancement are incorporated in the new range of your products to further intensify the user experience?

JIT Enterprises has a state of art Lab with all modern equipment’s and excellent R&D facility, we have been continuously studying the market demand and growing with them by optimising production process and continue to strive for the best.  Recently we have trended towards higher levels of automation to promise greater speed and precision of production as well as reduced exposure to human error. New production technology could help overcome the stagnant productivity of recent decades and make way for more value-added activity.

How is the company positioned currently and what kind of market share do you anticipate In the future?

We commissioned our plant in IInd quarter of 2019 with a single installed line and in these 6 months we have grown decently. We have successfully made our mark in toner industry in such a short span of time in and outside Indian boundaries. Taking about future it would be too early to comment on as the field is wide open right from chemical toner to colour toner to nonmagnetic toner, but we are confidante of getting handsome amount of share in the industry.

Any Special Plans for 2020-2021?

Customer satisfaction is the paramount target for us, so in coming year we will like to cement our place in the industry by our quality products. We have certain upcoming expansion plans with which we will set up new targets and achieve them with brilliance.

OUR PLAN IS TO ASSOCIATE PRODOT TO EVERY HOUSEHOLD OF THE COUNTRY

ProDot, as a brand needs no introduction as we all know that ProDot is one of the most trusted brands across India. ProDot has been ruling the Indian domain for decades with its premium imaging and IT products. Below excerpts are from an exclusive interview of Ms. Aarushi Rajpal, Director given to Divya Roy Choudhury, IRS, discussing the brand journey and future plans of the company.

DRC: WHAT ALL ARE THE RECENT SOLUTION OFFERINGS BY PRODOT?

AARUSHI: ProDot has always believed in providing 360 degrees solutions be it IT or imaging, refilling industry. We are proudly one of those brands that are committed towards MAKE IN INDIA project. We offer an array of products like Toner, Cartridges, Laser Toner Powder, OPC Drums, Doctor Blades, Wiper Blades, Mag Rollers, Chips, PCR, Inkjet Photo papers, Surge Protectors, laptop Adapters etc.

DRC: PLEASE THROUGH SOME LIGHT ON JOURNEY OF PRODOT AS A BRAND?

AARUSHI: ProDot has a very interesting brand journey. Incepted as Datalink Industrial Corporation in 1988, we joined the market war cry when Dot Matrix and Line Printers were prevalent in the market. The ribbon cartridges that were used in these printers were mostly imported. These were very expensive and rarely available because of tough import hassles. Farsightedness of my father Mr. PramodRajpal(Founder), helped him to visualise the problem and its solution too!! He made DMP Cartridge refilling readily available to the consumers at 1/10th of prevailing price of imported cartridges making it a two way profit for both – clients and company both. It made DMP Cartridge refilling as simple as replacing a refill in a ball pen, hence became prominently known as “Ready Refill”. This Ready Refill which was an eco-friendly way of reusing the DMP cartridge was the unique creation of DIC. In the same year, “ProDot” got its name which became the first Dot Matrix Cartridge Refill brand of the country. Since then there was no looking back. The company that started with just 100 sq. feet area achieved a remarkable growth by surpassing many milestones leaving behind its competitors in terms of price and quality.

DRC: WE ARE MOVING TOWARDS BUILDING A ‘DIGITAL INDIA’, DO YOU THINK IT WILL AFFECT PRINT INDUSTRY?

AARUSHI: See, I strongly believe that Digital India as a coin has two sides to encounter. Off course it is going to hit the paper and print industry, but at the same time I do believe that digitally strong India can be a great workplace.Progress is inevitable and will keep on happening. A business has to be strong enough to face the challenges and sail along.

DRC: AARUSHI, LAST FEW YEARS I HAVE  SEEN A  LOT OF YOUNG BLOOD TAKING CHARGE IN THE RESPECTIVE FIELDS AND I MUST SAY THAT YOU HAVE DONE IT MARVELOUSLY. WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU MADE SINCE YOU JOINED THE BRAND?

AARUSHI: To be very honest there is nothing to change much as the company runs under the master craftsmanship of my father. Anything new that comes up, falls under my domain such as online sales on these e-commerce platforms, packaging for all our products, marketing, new product development. Anything new that comes up which involves R&D or understanding the model, the core team works on it together. Afterall, it’s a very dynamic world out there, we have to be on our toes always. We are venturing into Security Surveillance Industry and have recently launched our premium 3+1 CCTV Cables, that has got a good response from the market.

DRC: WHAT’S YOUR TAKE ON “INCREASED MARKET COMPETITION”?

AARUSHI: Healthy competition is always good. In fact, competition motivates all to passionately work towards intensifying the customer’s experience with us. Having said that I would like to add that there is no point in the denial that increasing competition cut margins to a significant level.

DRC: HOW IS THE COMPANY POSITIONED CURRENTLY AND WHAT KIND OF MARKET SHARE DO YOU ANTICIPATE IN FUTURE?

AARUSHI:We have a good marketshare of about 70% in the DMP market and 30-40% in the peripheral industry. We are the ONLY manufacturer in India to manufacture in-house mouse and keyboards. I am glad to say that we have a strong presence in the market and we strive to reach the deeper roots of unexplored Indian market.

DRC: ANY SPECIAL PLANS FOR 2019-2020?

AARUSHI: We are working on intensively on new products. Last year, we launched 4 products namely Chiclet Combos, Mechanical keyboard, Laptop Adapters and Prolite Floater Keyboard. This year also, we have launched USB Hubs and CCTV 3+1 Cables. Our plan is to associate ProDot to every household of the country.

WE WILL OPEN NEW BASE OVERSEAS IN 2018 – ARYAN

It was a bright, sunlit, ‘Mumbaiya Monday’ when i found myself heading towards one of the most talked about imaging brands ARYAN TRADE WORLD PVT LTD. Precisely this was going to be my first Tea- Meet with the CEO, Mr. Aryan Goel and I was pretty much excited for that. So with all of my enthusiasm I landed up in front of Crystal paradise, the mall. To be very true, I had my self-cooked, pre conceived notions running up and down my mind. But on the contrary proving all of them wrong, I was warmly welcomed by the team. I found Mr. Aryan a through professional, with no build up tantrums and on top of it very disciplined as he was in the meeting room ‘ON TIME’. Below given are some of the pieces from our conversation, ENJOY!!

DRC: HI, SHALL WE START?

ARYAN: Sure Divya, Welcome to ATWPL’s corporate office.

DRC: OK, TELL ME, WHOSE BRAINCHILD IS ARYAN?

ARYAN:Aryan Trade World is a part of the Aryan Group of companies that have been run by my father and my family. From logistics, to hospitality and jewelry, Aryan Group has diversified vastly. My father, Mr. Sunil Goel has developed a very strong supply chain over the past 20 years in the import business. Of the various verticals in Aryan Group, my interest lies mainly in the trading, so I decided to take over the imaging business. Since 3 years now, I have been looking over this business and its operations.

DRC: OK, SO THAT’S HOW ATPWL CAME INTO ORIGIN. PLEASE ELABORATE THE JOURNEY OF ARYAN AS A BRAND?

ARYAN: When I joined this business,ATWPL was one of the many players in the Imaging Industry, which off course was not acceptable to me. Since then I have been working on building Aryan as a brand and a market leader in which I think I have succeeded. Challenges were many but out of all one of the major challenges that I encountered in the brand creation process was that of distribution. But as they say time teaches everything, I have also encountered my distribution blues now. Apart from that building a vast, reliable and strong distribution channel was one of the toughest parts of my journey so far. But now after 3 years of sheer hard work, I can say our products are available all over India. Aryan is already a well-known name across the imaging industry in India, my next goal is to make Aryan a familiar name outside Indian boundaries.

DRC: GO AHEAD, I AM ALL EARS….

ARYAN: I can foresee the challenges that I may face in the journey ahead. Making Aryan a brand name, rather than a mere substitute for OEM products, is one of the biggest traps I may fall into. But I am sure that the quality of my products will differentiate Aryan from the rest. It won’t be an easy task, but not an impossible one either.

DRC: DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST DAY IN THE COMPANY? HOW WAS IT?

ARYAN:I clearly remember my first day at work. It was just weeks after I had finished with college. The magnitude of work that this role expected of me and the challenges thrown at me by my father, made me nervous. Frankly, I had doubts whether I could sell even a single cartridge, let alone tons. To escape from this I used to sneak of the office even beforeeven half the day was over. It was then when my father caught me once and said, “This is your chance to shine, Son. Take it or leave it”. I understood the depth of what he meant to say and have kept those words in my heart, till today. Since that day, work has been worship for me. There’s no escaping or getting away by cutting corners. You have to go the whole stretch, work hard, until you get the job done.

DRC: WE ARE MOVING TOWARDS BUILDING A ‘DIGITAL INDIA’, DO YOU THINK IT WILL AFFECT PRINT INDUSTRY?

ARYAN: No, not in the near future. I am sure with time we will change too as change in inevitable. In life and in business I have always learnt to improvise, adapt and overcome. So if Iforesee a threat at any point in the future for this business being a sun-set one, I will have to adapt. Like I mentioned earlier, our strength lies in supply chain, import and distribution. The product is a variable factor.

DRC: I HAVE NOTICED ATWPL FOLLOWING AN AGGRESSIVE MARKETING STRATEGY, LIKE THE GOLD COIN SCHEME, WHATS THE IDEA BEHIND THAT?

ARYAN:Gifting gold is considered a very auspicious and precious metalin India. Taking this thought further we offer a Gold Scheme to our customers who fulfill certain orders within a time frame during the festive season. This gold scheme symbolized our pure intent to show our customers that theirpresence in our hearts and in our business relationship is vital.

DRC: MARKET IS ON A MERRY- GO-ROUND WITH GST, WHAT’S YOUR TAKE ON IT?

ARYAN: Change is definitely never easy. At first it was difficult because instead of one or two slabs we got 5 different slabs in India. It was a little confusing, understanding under which bracket we had to place our product. But we at ATWPL understood that the key is to be GST-compliant at any time, and today at all times complaint we were.
India is one of the fastest growing global economies and GST will surely have a positive impact on the entire economy and not just on our industry. After the implementation of GST, customers living in rural areas of India have connected with us and we are glad that this change took place.
ATWPL believes in one nation, one tax!!

DRC: WHAT ALL ARE THE RECENT SOLUTION OFFERINGS BY ATWPL?

ARYAN: We are one stop solution for all our customers. We are equally strong in laser and copier segments, offering premium and exclusive products. All our powders are high grade made with high quality raw material from Russia and Japan(not China or local) as this is the most sensitive item in our industry. We provide Special American coated OPC that is exclusively available with us in the Indian market.

DRC: WHAT ALL TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS ARE INCORPORATED IN THE NEW RANGE OF YOUR PRODUCTS TO FURTHER INTENSIFY THE USERS’ EXPERIENCE?

ARYAN:The most talked about products in the industry at the moment are CF218A and Cf230A, we have full range of new cartridges their spares and powder, all OEM grade as there are complex items and quality is extremely important and we don’t want to take any chance.

DRC: WHAT’S YOUR TAKE ON THE INCREASING COMPETITION IN THE MARKET?

ARYAN: I think of competition as helping hands in market development. I think more about how we together can increase the pie, rather than only focusing on increasing Aryan’s share of the pie. When it comes to other companies coming head to head with competitive products, I have no doubts that the quality and reliability of Aryan’s products will always prevail.

DRC: ANY SPECIAL PLANS FOR 2018?

ARYAN:We will open new base overseas as it is appropriate to build a foundation and strengthen relations with our overseas partners.

Apart from this there are lots of development happening in inkjet tank printers. All OEMs are pushing their products. Epson remains market leader followed by HP, Cannon & Brother. We will definitely see increasing demands in consumable and parts in future.

We are having a good annual growth rate at the moment. We are planning to add complete range of Inks and toners for Laser Toner Cartridges & Copiers and economic lamination products range this year. This will help us to increase our customer database.

4. What kind of initiatives are you taking to further strengthen the business and for broadening delivery systems?

The foremost requirement for a successful business is Customer Satisfaction. We have created Management systems in our company based on Amazon model, in which it is ensured that the products when ordered is dispatched on time and delivered within the prescribed period. We keep a track on the order and ensure timely delivery to our customer.

5. What all are your target verticals? How are you looking at SME segment?

India is a growing market with a huge potential for Office Supplies. We will be focusing more on Inks and Cartridges for Laser Toner and Copiers as the scope of market is enormous. SMEs are growing at a faster pace in India. We are targeting small and medium enterprises especially in tier 2 cities where there is a huge scope of selling our products and increase business. Our R&D team is always in search of new innovative products which can create more brand value and attract more customers.

6. How do you ensure enhanced business and revenue growth which further provides better scalability?

As I said earlier, one of the way to increase the revenue is by introducing more products and increase our customer database. Customers should be able to get all the products they need under one roof, with best quality and affordable price, which will make them more loyal to the brand. Also, every company should develop a strategy in which the brand should be in the spotlight and attract the audience. The use of print media and social media is equally important. We have been promoting “Greenlam” through various magazines and newspapers which has the maximum reach all over India. We have been participating in many exhibitions for our brand promotion to meet prospective clients. Apart from that, social networking has also become an integral part of marketing to reach the customer.

7. How do you ensure quality in all your products? Is there any in-house R&D facility to ensure quality control at every step?

As our tag line suggest “Satisfaction Guaranteed“, we choose the products which have been thoroughly tested, inspected and are sourced from reliable factories abroad. Our complete line of office products that combine are of highest quality level with consistent and reliable performance and competitive pricing – making them an excellent value. We assure that our products are flawless and are in compliance with the norms defined by the industry.

8. What kind of challenges are you facing these days and what are the remedies you have adopted for such challenges? Till what extent those remedies have proved to be fruitful?

The most common challenge any business has today is price competition. No matter what price you offer, the customer always compare it to other brands and ask for price negotiation. But they don’t analyse the difference in the quality on which the price is based. Our Company policy is very clear, no matter what, the quality shall always remain our top most priority. We explain to our customers about the USP of our products when they sell to overcome the price issue with the end customer. Also, we have recently introduced a uniform price structure all over India, for all our products, which gives better clarity to the customers.

9. How is the company positioned currently and what kind of market share do you anticipate in future?

“Greenlam” is like the new kid on the block which is taking baby steps to reach the goal that is to be the market leader in our segment in the next 5 years, providing our customers the best quality at affordable price. The company plans to spread its network across India covering all the cities and its states to feed the local markets through its channel partners. We will be introducing many more products in the near future, which will give much more value to our distributors and customer satisfaction to the end user.

We credit our success in business, due to our sense of gratitude, integrity and supporting our channel partners.
